Growing

Good afternoon everybody,
How do we grow up spiritually? Much like we do physically and mentally. Physically we eat and move and grow. Mentally we learn and exercise and grow. Spiritually we eat the word, exercise our faith and love, and grow. How does the bible say we grow? Ephesians 4 says
speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ
so we speak. We speak the truth which is what God says, and we say it in love. That is one way the bible says to grow.
Feeding your spirit is more important than mental exercise or physical food. It is written, man shall not live by bread alone but by every word of God.
Eat and exercise your spirit today, speak the word of God in love and grow up.
