Listening again

Good afternoon everybody,

Good Morning,

Wow! Good Word! I find I only hear God when I stop from my busyness, and that fact has been bugging me a lot lately. I think busyness can become a habit, just like smoking or drinking. We work in a mode of haste all of the time and when we do stop, the time isn’t used productively because we are mentally exhausted. All of this frenzy drowns out the voice of God. My prayer for all of us is that our ears will be keen enough to hear the voice of God, not only when we are waiting quietly in expectation, but when He calls to us through our busyness. If we aren’t listening, we and others miss out on the blessings offered by a great and loving God. Have a great day!
