Good afternoon, brothers and sisters.
School is starting soon. Wednesday for some, a week from Monday for others. So in the spirit of good education, I have an assignment for you. Don’t worry, it is not hard and it won’t take long.
Genesis 1:1 says in the beginning God… The very first thing that God wanted to get across to us is He is the source of everything that exists, spiritually and physically. John 1 expands the idea by saying nothing was made without him, and all things are upheld by the word of His power. He is our source, of money, health, strength, peace, safety, joy and breath. Literally, without His grace, we would be brain-dead in 4 to 6 minutes. So how can we think we make this money on our own? Oh, Lord, our source, thank you so much!
Ok, your assignment is to send me a verse that refers to God or our Father, and add the words ‘my source’ after it. Example…
My God, my source, shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Send it to me now, before you forget. Come on, be a good student. J and remember your source loves you! I love you too.
