Happy Friday, everyone.
Our public school district has completely shut down all next week due to fear of the swine flu. In light of this, I thought Psalm 91 might be a good flu shot for us. It says do not fear plague or calamity, day or night. It says 11, 000 can fall around us, but it will not come near our house. Let’s take Jesus at his word and not fear.
Also let’s use some wisdom about germ killing. Use Lysol on all doorknobs, phones, cell phones, light switches, computer keyboard, mouse, toilet handles, faucets, steering wheels, car door handles, and everything else your hands touch while germy, once a week .
When you wash your hands, make it work. Wet your hands, put soap on and rub not under water for thirty seconds, the length of the jeopardy song. Use friction. Then rinse. That way the soap can work.
No big deal; don’t get compulsive, just be wise.
I love y’all dearly!
healed by His stripes,
Nancy
