Prayer outline

Happy Mother’s Day!
1 Timothy 2:1 gives us an outline for praying for others. I have never noticed it before so I thought I’d share it with you.

‘I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people.
~ Ask God to help them;
~ intercede on their behalf, and
~ give thanks for them.
2 Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity. 3 This is good and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth.’

Let’s bless President Obama and his cabinet, congress and the senate with these kinds of prayers and heavily intercede for godly appointments to the supreme court. Hey, stranger, more miraculous things have happened. The Lord hears our prayers. Don’t forget that the richest, proudest, most powerful sinners are still precious lost children of our Father. He wants them all to come into the family and we can help. What an awesome privilege and responsibility. I love you all!

healed by His stripes,
Nancy
